"พล.ต.อ.ศรีวราห์" คุมตัว "พล.อ.ต.ชิดพงศ์" ผู้ต้องหาม.112 หมื่นเบื้องสูง ส่งศาลทหาร เอาผิด 5 ข้อหา
พล.ต.อ.ศรีวราห์ รังสิพราหมณกุล รองผบ.ตร. พร้อมด้วย พล.ต.ต.ชยพล ฉัตรชัยเดช ผบก.ส.4 ส่งมอบตัว พล.อ.ต.ชิดพงศ์ ทองกุม อดีตผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าสํานักงานฝ่ายเสนาธิการในพระองค์สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช ฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร หน่วยบัญชาการถวายความปลอดภัยรักษาพระองค์ ให้ศาลทหาร หลังพนักงานอัยการ มีความเห็นควรสั่งฟ้อง 5 ข้อหา ประกอบด้วย 1.ข้อหาหมิ่นประมาท ดูหมิ่น หรือแสดงความอาฆาตมาดร้ายต่อพระมหากษัตริย์ พระราชินี รัชทายาทหรือผู้สาเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ (ม.112) จำคุก 5 ปี รับสารภาพ ลดโทษกึ่งหนึ่ง เหลือ 2 ปี 6 เดือน 2. ข้อหาลักทรัพย์ในสถานที่ราชการ (ม.335 (1) (8)) จำคุก 5 ปี รับสารภาพ ลดโทษกึ่งหนึ่ง เหลือ 2 ปี 6 เดือน
3. ความผิดตาม พ.ร.บ.ยา พ.ศ.2510 จำคุก 1 ปี รับสารภาพ ลดโทษกึ่งหนึ่ง เหลือ 6 เดือน 4. ความผิดตาม พ.ร.บ.เครื่องสาอางค์ พ.ศ.2535 ปรับ 20,000 บาท รับสารภาพ ลดโทษ กึ่งหนึ่ง เหลือปรับ 10,000 บาท 5. ความผิดตาม พ.ร.บ.เครื่องสาอางค์ พ.ศ.2535 ปรับ 30,000 บาท รับสารภาพ ลดโทษ กึ่งหนึ่ง เหลือปรับ 15,000 บาท รวมโทษจำคุก 4 ปี 18 เดือน ปรับ 25,000 บาท ส่วน บริษัท ริชก้าเฮริบ์เวิล์ด จากัด และ นางณพรรษร คาชุนสิงห์สิริ ผู้ต้องหาที่ร่วมกระทา ความผิดให้การปฏิเสธ ศาลจาหน่ายคดี ให้โจทก์ฟ้องใหม่ภายใน 10 วัน
ทั้งนี้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ ที่ผ่านมาได้มีการร้องทุกข์ต่อพนักงานสอบสวน กองปราบปราม เพื่อให้ ดำเนินคดีกับ นายชิดพงศ์ ทองกุม ในความผิดฐาน ลักทรัพย์ใน สถานที่ราชการในเวลากลางคืน และ ในวันที่ 19 กุมภาพันธ์ พล.ต.วิจารณ์ จดแตง หัวหน้าส่วน ปฏิบัติการคณะทางานด้านกฎหมาย คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) ได้ร้องทุกข์ต่อพนักงาน สอบสวน กองปราบปราม เพื่อให้ดำเนินคดีกับผู้ต้องหาดังกล่าว กับพวก ในความผิดฐาน ร่วมกันหมิ่น ประมาท ดูหมิ่น หรือแสดงความอาฆาตมาดร้ายต่อพระมหากษัตริย์ พระราชินี รัชทายาทหรือผู้สาเร็จ ราชการแทนพระองค์ และกองบังคับการปราบปรามการกระทาความผิดเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค ได้ดำเนินคดีในความผิดตาม พรบ.ยา และ เครื่องสำอางค์ ไว้แล้วนั้น
ต่อมาทางพนักงานสอบสวน ได้รับคำร้องทุกข์ไว้เป็นที่เรียบร้อย และได้สืบสวนสอบสวน รวบรวมพยานหลักฐานจนเป็นที่แน่ชัด และเชื่อได้ว่าผู้ต้องหากับพวกได้กระทำความผิดจริง จึงได้ขออนุมัติศาลทหาร เพื่อออกหมายจับผู้ต้องหา กระทั่งได้มีการจับกุมตัวผู้ต้องหาดำเนินคดี และพนักงานสอบสวนได้สอบสวน รวบรวมพยานหลักฐานเสร็จสิ้น มีความเห็นควรสั่งฟ้องผู้ต้องหา ก่อนส่งสำนวนการสอบสวนให้พนักงานอัยการศาล ทหารดำเนินคดี

A FORMER Thai palace medical adviser was jailed for five and a half years for insulting the monarchy and other charges on Friday, a day after another disgraced aide to the new king was charged in a separate case.
King Maha Vajiralongkorn has made numerous changes in the palace since ascending the throne in December following the death of his father, with punishments for some of those who have fallen from grace.
Former Air Vice Marshal Chitpong Thongkum pleaded guilty to royal defamation and four other charges on Friday and was convicted by a military court, said Sutin Sappuang, chief of the police Crime Suppression Division.
Chitpong’s sentence was halved from 11 years because of his guilty plea, Sutin told Reuters. He did not detail the specific charges.
Chitpong, who had served as a medical adviser to the king when he was crown prince, was fired last month and stripped of military ranks and royal decorations.
At the time, the government said his offences included claiming ties with the king for personal gain, disclosing the king’s medical records, behaving in ways which the king did not trust and causing “severe damage” while on duty.
The country’s strict lese-majeste law makes it a crime to defame, insult or threaten the king, queen, heir to the throne or regent. Each offence is punishable with a jail term of up to 15 years.
There has been a substantial rise in the number of lese-majeste prosecutions since the death of former King Bhumibol Adulyadej in October.
Another prominent former palace aide, Jumpol Manmai, who was dismissed for gross disciplinary misconduct on Tuesday, was charged on Thursday with unauthorised building on protected forest land. Jumpol did not face a lese majeste charge. – Reuters
