Dear His Excellency Secretary General

Even though Thailand just recently had a general election, we would like to bring to your attention that it is still a military government in disguise supported by both the military and the monarchy that have direct control over the various State institutions such as the Senate, Constitution court, Criminal courts, and even the Election commission.

We as the Association of Thai Democrats Without Borders do not accept the government of general Prayut-chan-ochar, who 5 years ago overthrew the civilian government of Yingluck Shinawatra, and now serves as the Thai Prime minister inheriting the unjust and corrupt powers of the military dictatorship.

We request that you pay attention to this fact, and enclosed our “Thailand Status Update on Current Political Situation” for your attention.
