แม่เหยื่อติดต่อตำรวจท่องเที่ยวตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 กรกฎาคม ว่าลูกสาวถูกข่มขืน แต่ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวก็ยังนิ่งเฉย ไม่มีการติดต่อและติดตามเรื่องนี้อย่างจริงจัง

ทำไมบิ๊กโจ๊กบอกว่าเหยื่อไม่เคยติดต่อสถานทูตอังกฤษที่เมืองไทย

ผมขอร้องให้สื่อไทยอย่าเพิ่งรีบสรุปคดีนี้ว่าเป็นการกุข่าวอย่างที่ตำรวจไทยกำลังพยายามทำอยู่ ทำไมสื่อไทยไม่พยายามเสนอข่าวทั้งสองด้านหล่ะครับ ตอนนี้พวกคุณต้องเข้าใจเวลาเด็กซึ่งเป็นเหยื่อ เขามีปัญหาทางด้านจิตใจเพราะเขาเป็นผู้ถูกกระทำ เรื่องการถูกข่มขืนเป็นเรื่องละเอียดอ่อนมาก ตอนนี้ผม Admin เป็นคนไทยคนเดียวที่สามารถเข้าถึงเเม่เหยื่อโดยตรง ผมทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลาง

ตอนนี้ผมอาจจะถูกหลายฝ่ายโจมตีว่าผมต้องการทำร้ายชื่อเสียงประเทศไทยด้วยการสร้างข่าวเท็จขึ้นมาเพื่อให้ร้ายเกาะเต่าซึ่งเป็นสถานที่ท่องเทียวอันสำคัญของประเทศไทย ผมอยากถามคนที่พยายามกล่าวหาว่าถ้าผมทำไปอย่างนั้นเเล้วได้อะไรขึ้นมา? มันผิดหรือที่ผมยื่นมือช่วยเหลือเเม่ของเด็กชาวอังกฤษที่เขามาขอร้องผมให้ช่วยผมช่วยเขาเพราะเขาไม่ได้รับความเป็นธรรมจากเจ้าหน้าที่ ผมช่วยทุกคนไม่ว่าเขาจะเป็นคนชาติไหน เพราะเรื่องถูกข่มขืนเป็นเรื่องใหญ่ ถ้าเขาไม่ได้รับความเป็นธรรมเราก็ควรช่วยเขาโดยไม่เเบ่งเชื้อชาติ เราทำไปเพื่อความถูกต้องไม่หวังผลตอบเเทนอะไร
ในเหตุการณ์ถ้ำหลวงทีมดำน้ำจากต่างชาติเข้ามาช่วยโดยไม่หวังผลตอนเเทนอะไรเ ขาทำไปเพราะมันเป็นสิ่งที่ถูกต้องเพราะต้องการช่วยเด็ก เขามองว่าทุกคนเป็นประชาชนโลกไม่มีการเเบ่งเชื้อชาติ เเล้วทำไมคดีเกาะเต่าถึงมีการเอาเรื่องเชื้อชาติเเละความรักชาติอะไรเข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องด้วย ว่าฝรั่งอ้างว่าถูกข่มขืนว่าเข้าต้องการจะให้ร้ายประเทศไทย เเล้วสื่อตัวกลางเเบบผมเสนอข่าวเท็จ ความจริงยังไม่ปรากฎเลย ก็มีการรีบสรุปว่าผมเสนอความเท็จ มันเป็นที่รีบสรุปเกินไปไหม ตำรวจเดินๆดูก็บอกได้เลยว่าไม่มีเหตุการณ์เกิดขึ้นจริงหลังจากที่เหตุการณ์ผ่าน มาเเล้ว 2 เดือน ตำรวจฟังคำให้การจากน้ำหวานคนเดียว ทั้งๆที่ยังไม่ได้ฟังคำให้การจากทางเเม่เด็กเเละเด็กที่เป็นเหยื่อเลย เเละหลักฐานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ทางอังกฤษที่เขาเตรียมมาให้ เพื่อเดินหน้าไปสู่ความจริง
การที่ตำรวจรีบสรุปเรื่องเเบบนี้ มันต้องมีเหตุผลเเละหลักฐานที่ชัดเจนมากกว่านี้ ถ้าคิดว่าจะทำเพื่อปกป้องชื่อเสียงประเทศ การรีบไปกล่าวหาเขาว่าเเจ้งความเท็จเเละไม่มีการข่มขืนขึ้นจริง เเละขู่ฟ้องสื่อที่ทำเรื่องนี้มาเสนอ จะยิ่งทำความเสียหายให้กับประเทศยิ่งกว่า
ล่าสุด เเม่ของน้องได้บอกผมว่าตอนนี้เด็กสาวชาวอังกฤษเตรียมพร้อมที่จะให้สัมภาษณ์กับสื่ออังกฤษ หลังจากที่เธอได้รับทราบสิ่งที่ตำรวจไทยกล่าวหาเธอว่าสร้างเรื่องพวกนี้ขึ้นมาเเละกล่าวถึงเธอในทางที่ไม่ดี
ผมหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า ตำรวจและผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกคนจะร่วมกันปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างถูกต้องตามหลักสากล และหลักฐานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์
เพื่อให้ความจริง...นำมาซึ่ง...ความถูกต้อง

Being a Good Global Citizen is the essential principle of CSI LA. I am ready to fight for what is right. Especially for people, regardless of their nationalities, whose voices may have been suppressed or ignored.

At this moment, I am being accused of hurting Thailand's reputation by making and reporting information that is "untrue" about Koh Tao. What would I gain by doing so? Why I would be at fault in helping the alleged survivor and her mother get their voice heard? They came to ask for my help because they did not feel that they had received fair and proper treatments from Thai police. Any rape is legally and morally wrong. I think we all should help them regardless of their nationalities. If they feel that they did not receive just and fair judicial treatment, I think owe it to them to help without expecting anything in return.

Navy seals from England and other countries came to help at the Tham Luang Nang Non, not because what wanted anything in return, but because it was "the right thing to do". They did not think "oh, those Thai boys are not ours". For this Koh Tao alleged incidence, why we quickly bring "nationalities" to create perception of unfair treatment to the alleged rape survivor? What were the evidences for the police to think that the alleged survivor want to lie to defame Thailand's reputation? Why would the Thai police accuse me of disseminating untrue information? The TRUTH is still NOT KNOWN YET.
It's too premature to conclude anything. The police should not go and just walk around the alleged scene and conjectured that nothing happened. Especially the alleged incidence was two months ago. Why would the police only listen to the hostel owner? Why not hearing the alleged rape survivor and her mother? Seriously, why not? Where were the evidences with properly collected and scientifically proven based on international practice of forensic science? Seriously, where? The UK police has collected such evidence and will be ready to share them with you so we all can know the truth.

After the alleged rape survivor heard the news regarding what she being accused of by Thai police, she is preparing to give statement to the UK media. I highly recommend everyone, including Thai police, to really listen to what she and her mother have to say.

Before the Thai police to further make any conclusions, there must be logic, reason, and most importantly, evidences to support such conclusions. Especially since the Thai police claims that "our country's reputation is at stake", it is ever more important for to have fair and proper investigation. Without proper investigation and evidence, Thai police themselves will do an ever lasting damage to the reputation of this country that we dearly love.

So, I truly hope that Thai police and others will do their jobs properly according to the international practice and come to the conclusion based evidences on properly-collected according to the forensic science.
