อ.ปวินแจ้งข่าว มีผู้คนคอยติดตาม เพื่อนบ้านเห็นผิดปรกติเรียกตำรวจญี่ปุ่นจับตัวได้ สารภาพว่า “ได้มาเฝ้าติดตามดิชั้นมาตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน ตามที่ได้รับการว่าจ้างมา”

ขอแจ้งข่าวดังนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 2 ธันวาคม ตำรวจญี่ปุ่นได้จับคนร้ายชาวญี่ปุ่น วัยกลาง 30 ที่มาป้วนเปี้ยนแถวที่พักดิชั้น เพื่อนบ้านเห็นผิดปกติ เลยเรียกตำรวจ ตำรวจมาอย่างรวดเร็ว และจับตัวไปโรงพัก สารภาพว่า “ได้มาเฝ้าติดตามดิชั้นมาตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน ตามที่ได้รับการว่าจ้างมา” แต่ไม่ได้ให้รายละเอียดมาก และยังไม่เป็นข่าวในญี่ปุ่น
I would like to inform the followings. On 2 Dec 2020, Japanese police arrested a Japanese man, in his mid-30, who was loitering in front of my apartment in Kyoto. My neighbours spotted the suspect and called the police. The police took him for interrogation. He confessed that he had been “chasing/monitoring me” since 30 November at the order of someone. But the policy did not say much as it has not yet been reported in the Japanese media.
…การข่มขู่ครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรก ดิชั้นเคยถูกคนร้ายบุกมาถึงที่พักเมื่อเดือนกรกฏาคมปีที่แล้ว ครั้งนี้ เหตุการณ์ผิดปกติครั้งนี้เริ่มมาเดือนกว่าๆ มีบุคคลอ้างว่ามาสิ่งพัสดุให้ดิชั้นที่ที่ทำงาน แต่เมื่อดิชั้นไม่อยู่ ก็เดินจากไป ทางตำรวจได้นำภาพที่จับไว้ได้ใน CCTV และเริ่มการสอบสวนอย่างทันที จากนั้นในเวลาไม่นาน ดิชั้นได้รับโทรศัพท์ลึกลับประมาณอาทิตย์กว่า โทรมาหลายครั้ง แต่ไม่แสดงหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ โดยคนพูดเป็นญี่ปุ่น แกล้งว่าโทรมาจากสำนักงานไปรษณีย์ อยากทราบที่อยู่ดิชั้น คือฟังแล้วมันไม่ใช่ ทำไมไปรษณีย์ถึงต้องโทรมาถามที่อยู่เรา แถมโทรก็ก็ไม่แสดงหมายเลข จึงได้แจ้งตำรวจ และเราได้ประสานกับไปรษณีย์ จึงได้รับคำตอบว่า ไปรษณีย์แทบจะไม่โทรหาลูกค้า ที่แน่ๆ จะไม่โทรไปถามที่อยู่ และจะไม่โทรโดยไม่แสดงหมายเลข เป็นอันสรุปว่า เป็นโทรศัพท์เฟค
This was not the first threat. Last year, someone broke into my apartment and attacked me with a chemical spray. This time, the unusual things first took place when someone turned up at my office pretending to be a deliveryman. When he was told I was not in the office, he left immediately. The university alerted the police. We were able to retain the footage of him caught on CCTV and began the investigation. Around the same time, I started to receive anonymous phone calls for the entire week. This was just like last time before I was attacked. A Japanese man pretended to call me from the post office to ask for my address. I told the police. Eventually we contacted the post office and we were told that the post office would normally never call customers and surely never call with the number withheld. So these calls were fake.
…จนเมื่อวันที่ 2 ธค จึงจับตัวคนร้ายได้ ทางการญี่ปุ่นยังไม่บอกทุกอย่าง แต่มีการสันนิษฐานเบื้องต้นมา อาจมาจากเครือข่ายในยุโรป โดยเฉพาะจากสาธารณรัฐเชค ซึ่งมันไม่ใช่เรื่องบังเอิญเลย ที่น้องอั้มเนโก๊ะ ถูกคนร้ายทำร้ายเมื่อปีที่แล้ว ตำรวจจับได้เช่นกัน และเป็นคนเชค ตอนนี้ กำลังอยู่ในขั้นตอนของการประสานระหว่างตำรวจญี่ปุ่นและตำรวจฝรั่งเศส
On 2 Dec, the police arrested the man. Initial assumption is that the arrested man could have been linked to a network in Europe, especially in the Czech Republic. It is not coincidental that Aum Neko was attacked last year and the police were able to arrest two men who were from the Czech Republic. So there is surely a connection. I am in the process in connecting the Japanese and French police for further investigation.
…ในระหว่างนี้ เมื่อเช้ามีคนส่งทวีตอันนี้มาให้ เป็นทวีตของฝ่ายเจ้าไอโอ ที่ใช้ชื่อว่า @kkknaka87890 เป็นแอคเค้าท์ที่เพิ่งเปิดเมื่อเดือนตุลาที่ผ่านมา มีคนตามและตามคนอื่นแค่อย่างละร้อย แต่เพิ่งมาโพสต์เป็นครั้งแรกเมื่อสองวันที่แล้ว และดิชั้นลองเช็คคนที่ตามเค้าและคนที่เค้าตาม ล้วนเป็นรอยัลลิสต์ทั้งสิ้น ทวีตเซ็ทนี้มี 5 ข้อความ ล้วนแต่แกล้งเขียนเพื่อแต่งเรื่องว่าตัวเองเรียนอยู่ ม เกียวโต แต่ขี่จักรยานผ่านพบดิชั้นโดยบังเอิญ และถ่ายรูปมา แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นดิชั้น แต่อ่านแล้วก็รู้ว่า ผู้เขียนจงใจที่จะแสดงที่ตั้งบ้านของดิชั้น ที่สำคัญกว่านั้น แอบถ่ายรูปดิชั้นเมื่อดิชั้นขี่จักรยานเข้าที่พัก และเมื่อดิชั้นเดินออกจากที่จอดจักรยานกำลังจะเข้าที่พัก เป็นรูปที่แอบถ่ายเหมือนที่จอม เพชรประดับถูกแอบถ่าย ใครที่เคยมาบ้านที่ดิชั้นก็รู้ว่า มันไม่ใช่เป็นทางผ่าน มันเป็นการจงใจแอบถ่ายและระยะมันใกล้ชิดกันมาก ดิชั้นจึงได้แจ้งตำรวจเมื่อเช้าทันทีและมีการพูดคุยกันทั้งบ่าย แน่นอน รูปที่แอบถ่ายนี้ต้องมีความเชื่อมโยงกับคนร้ายที่ทางการจับตัวได้ ดิชั้นรู้ทันทีว่า รูปนี้ถูกถ่ายเมื่อวันที่ 2 ธค เพราะดิชั้นจำชุดที่ใส่ได้ เป็นวันเดียวกับที่คนร้ายถูกจับ จึงอาจสรุปได้ว่า คนร้ายมาแวะเวียนเฝ้าดิชั้น ตามดิชั้นตั้งแต่เจ้า และแอบถ่ายดิชั้น ก่อนที่จะส่งรูปไปให้คนที่เมืองไทย และถูกจับได้ในคืนนั้น
This morning, a friend forwarded a Tweet to me, likely to be from a royalist IO under the name @kkknaka87890. This is a new account set up only in October. This person has about 100 of followers and followed about 100 accounts. The first post only came two days ago. When I checked those accounts (followed and following), they are more or less IOs. The person who tweeted pretended to be a student at Kyoto University and happened to ride a bicycle and saw me accidentally but not sure if it was me. Nonetheless, this person intended to identify my address at Ichijoji and took my photo covertly during the time I was on bicycle coming and during the time I walk out of the parking lot. This is very similar when Jom Petchpradap had his photos taken covertly. Anyone who visited my house would know that it is not on the main road. So it is not a place where people pass by. I told the police immediately. The covert photos have some connection with the suspect who was arrested on 2 Dec. I remember well what I dressed on 2 Dec. It is the same day when this man was arrested. So it is likely that this man hanged around my place, taking my photos, sending them to Bangkok and in the evening was arrested.

After the tweets, the right-wing royalist IO page, Mettad, reported the content. This comes from a tweet of someone relatively unknown, so again, I think it was a plot rather than a random post.
…ใครก็ตามที่อยู่เบื้องหลังปฏิบัติการนี้ ไม่ว่าผู้สั่งที่อยู่ในไทย ผ่านเครือข่ายโจรในยุโรป โปรดรู้ว่า ทางตำรวจญี่ปุ่นกำลังดำเนินการอย่างเต็มที่ ที่สำคัญกว่านั้น คนทำมีความอุกอาจมาก คือนอกจากสั่งให้คนมาสะกดรอยดิชั้น แอบถ่ายรูปดิชั้น แล้วยังกล้าเอามาลงเย้ยในโซเชียลมีเดีย วันนี้จึงขอเขียนเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นในทันที และจะอัพเดทต่อไป ทั้งนี้ จะขอเตือนผู้ลี้ภัยคนอื่นๆ ในต่างประเทศว่า ภัยที่เกิดกับนักกิจกรรมหลายๆ คน รวมถึงต้า ภัยนั้นได้กลับมาอีกแล้ว
Whoever are behind this operation, no matter if the masterminders are in Thailand or through the network in Europe, please be informed that the Japanese police are working on my case. This is a daring act. Not only did this group of people pay someone to follow me, take my photos, but they were so daring to post these materials on social media. I will update you again. But the purpose is to warn other refugees elsewhere that the threats against us, from those killed in Laos and what happened to Wanchalearm, are coming back.
