ระหว่างวันที่ 26 พฤศจิกายน ถึง 4 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2565 สมาชิกคณะกรรมาธิการการพัฒนาการเมือง การสื่อสารมวลชนและการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนมีกำหนดการเดินทางเยือนสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี ตามคำเชิญของมูลนิธิฮันส์ ไซเดล โดยระหว่างการเดินทางเยือนครั้งนี้ สมาชิกกรรมาธิการการพัฒนาการเมืองฯ มีกำหนดการเข้าพบปะหารือกับคณะกรรมาธิการคำร้องและคณะกรรมาธิการเพื่อการปฏิรูปการเลือกตั้งและความทันสมัยของกิจการสภาผู้แทนราษฎรประจำสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแห่งสหพันธรัฐเยอรมนี และ คณะกรรมาธิการคำร้องและการร้องทุกข์และคณะกรรมาธิการรัฐธรรมนูญ กฎหมาย และกิจการรัฐสภา และการบูรณาการประจำสภาแห่งมลรัฐบาวาเรีย
เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการพบปะหารือกับสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในประเทศเยอรมนี ทางคณะกรรมาธิการการพัฒนาการเมืองฯ จึงได้ร่วมกับมูลนิธิฯ จัดการประชุมและการบรรยายในหัวข้อ ระบบสหพันธรัฐ กฎหมายรัฐธรรมนูญ และ ระบบรัฐสภาของประเทศเยอรมนี
การเดินทางเยือนประเทศเยอรมนีในครั้งนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเฉลิมฉลองเนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 160 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างประเทศไทยและเยอรมนี ภายใต้แนวคิด “หุ้นส่วนเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน” ทางมูลนิธิฯหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า การเดินทางในครั้งนี้ จะช่วยส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศไทยและเยอรมนีให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในประเด็นเรื่องสิทธิมนุษยชน หลักนิติรัฐ และการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

From 26 November to 4 December 2022, members of the Committee on Political Development, Mass Communication and Public Participation in the House of Representatives of Thailand will be visiting the Federal Republic of Germany at the invitation of Hanns Seidel Foundation. During this visit, the Committee will be meeting with, among others, the Committee on Petitions and the Committee on Electoral Reform and Modernisation of Parliamentary Affairs in the Federal House of Representatives (Bundestag); and the Committee on Petitions and Complaints and the Committee on Constitution, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs and Integration in the Parliament of the State of Bavaria (Bayerischer Landtag).
As the Delegation is set to depart for Germany very soon, the meeting and briefing session on German Federalism, Constitution, and Parliamentary System serve as a final preparation to ensure fruitful discussions between MPs of the two countries.
The Delegation visit is part of the celebration of the 160th anniversary of the Thai-German diplomatic relationship under the theme of “Partners for sustainable development”. Through this delegation visit, we hope to promote even closer cooperation between Thailand and Germany on the issue of Human Rights, the Rule of Law, and Sustainable Development.
