พลเมืองโต้กลับ ปล่อยคลิป MV "จูบเย้ยจันทร์(โอชา)" ทนายอานนท์ สะท้อน "เลือกตั้งที่ถูกลัก" เตรียม 14 ก.พ.นี้ ‘ไก่อู’ เผยยังไม่เห็นคลิป เตือนหากจัดกิจกรรมสุ่มเสี่ยงในทางการเมืองจะต้องขออนุญาต คสช.

6 ก.พ.2558 สืบเนื่องจากกรณีที่มีกระแสการแชร์ มิวสิควิดีโอ เพลง "จูบเย้ยจันทร์(โอชา)" โดยมีเนื้อหาเสียดสีการเมืองไทย และประเด็นการเลือกตั้ง ผ่านทางเพจเฟซบุ๊ก พลเมืองโต้กลับ Resistant Citizen และมีการแชร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยขณะนี้มียอดเข้าชมกว่า 32,000 แล้ว

ทั้งนี้ผู้สื่อข่าวได้สอบถามไปยัง อานนท์ นำภา หรือ ทนายอานนท์ ทนายความสิทธิมนุษยชน หนึ่งในผู้แสดงเอ็มวีดังกล่าว ให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า เราได้มีการจัดทำเอ็มวีตัวนี้ขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นการเปิดตัวกลุ่ม พลเมืองโต้กลับ และจะมีการณรงค์ให้มาร่วมกิจกรรม "เลือกตั้งที่ถูกลัก" ที่จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ นี้ เพื่อเป็นการรำลึกถึงเหตุการณ์การขัดขวางการเลือกตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ ในปีที่แล้ว ทั้งนี้กิจกรรมที่จะจัดจะเป็นในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ มีการถ่ายรูป เสวนาเกี่ยวกับความรัก เกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้งครั้งแรกของประเทศไทย

"กิจกรรมที่จะจัดชึ้นนี้ไม่ได้เป็นกิจกรรมทางการเมืองแต่จะเป็นกิจกรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ สนุกสนาน ส่วนเรื่องการอนุญาตจากเจ้าหน้าที่ทหารหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจคงจะไม่มีปัญหา คงจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ไปช่วยดูแลความสงบเท่านั้น และคิดว่าไม่มีการขัดขวางแต่อย่างใด เพราะนโยบายของคสช.ค่อนข้างจะผ่อนคลายกับกิจกรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในลักษณะนี้" อานนท์ กล่าว

อานนท์ กล่าวอีกว่า ส่วนตัวเอ็มวีนั้นพยายามทำให้สนุกๆ เพราะท่านผู้นำเป็นคนที่ชอบทำให้คนอื่นยิ้ม เราเลยอยากทำให้ออกมาในรูปแบบสนุกสนานมีความสุข สร้างสรรค์ ไม่รุนแรง

วานนี้(5 ก.พ.58) ไทยพีบีเอสออนไลน์ ได้สอบถามไปยัง พล.ต.สรรเสริญ แก้วกำเนิด รองโฆษกประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ถึงเผยแพร่สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าว รองโฆษกฯ กล่าวว่าทางรัฐบาลยังไม่เห็นคลิปและไม่ยังไม่ทราบว่ามีการจัดกิจกรรมนี้ พร้อมระบุว่าการจัดกิจกรรมทางการเมืองที่ล่อแหลมและสุ่มเสี่ยงในทางการเมืองจะต้องขออนุญาตทางคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) เพื่อพิจารณา ทั้งนี้เห็นว่าเนื้อหาของการจัดกิจกรรมที่พูดถึงการเลือกตั้ง รองโฆษกฯ ยืนยันว่ารัฐบาลกำลังอยู่ในช่วงดำเนินการตามโรดแมปเพื่อนำไปสู่การเลือกตั้ง

ทั้งนี้ เฟซบุ๊ก พลเมืองโต้กลับ (Resistant Citizen) ได้เปิดใช้งานในวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2558 โดยมีการโพสต์ข้อความพร้อมรูปภาพอธิบายถึงที่มาของกลุ่มว่า การสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งความกลัวเกิดขึ้นทุกหนทุกแห่ง ก็เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เดียวคือการครองอำนาจอย่างยาวนานของผู้ก่อรัฐประหารและแนวร่วม ท่ามกลางสภาวะดังกล่าว พวกเราซึ่งประกอบด้วย นักศึกษา อาจารย์ นักกิจกรรมทางสังคม ญาติผู้เสียชีวิตจากการปราบปรามทางการเมือง ตลอดจนผู้ที่รักในเสรีภาพ และประชาธิปไตย ได้เห็นร่วมกันว่า สิ่งแรกที่เราจะต้องทำคือการทำลายบรรยากาศแห่งความกลัว ที่คณะรัฐประหารได้สร้างขึ้น

"บทเรียนจากประวัติศาสตร์ของประเทศไทยและทั่วโลกได้บอกเราว่า ไม่เคยมีคณะรัฐประหารชุดใดที่จะคืนอำนาจให้กับประชาชนโดยความกรุณาของผู้ก่อการรัฐประหาร แต่การกลับคืนมาของประชาธิปไตย หลักนิติรัฐ และสิทธิพลเมืองนั้นเกิดจากการต่อสู้ เรียกร้องของประชาชนเจ้าของอำนาจเป็นจุดตั้งต้นเสมอ

ดังนั้นการ "โต้กลับ" การรัฐประหารจึงเป็นหน้าที่ของพลเมืองผู้ตระหนักถึงสิทฺธิเสรีภาพ และหลักการประชาธิปไตย"

Anti-coup activists produce MV mocking junta 'Joob Yaey Chan-o-cha'

A group of anti-coup activists produced a music video mocking the junta. It said it is aiming at breaking fear created by the military regime.

Resistant Citizen, a group composed of activists, academics, human rights workers and lawyers, on Thursday released a music video which makes fun of the military power and the unpromising general election.

The MV modified the lyrics of Kissing before the Moon (joob yaey chan, จูบเย้ยจันทร์ in Thai), a famous luk thung pair song.

The satirical version was named Joob Yaey Chan-(o-cha), to make fun of the surname of Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha, the leader of the junta’s National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) and Prime Minister of Thailand.

In the original lyrics, the male singer tries to convince the female singer to allow him to kiss, but the female singer denied, saying that she is ashamed of the moon, who is watching them. In the satirical version, the male singer, sometimes wearing the ceremonial Thai civil servants’ outfit, and sometimes wearing military outfit, convince the female singer that election and democracy are not necessary for the country. The female singer is not convinced. The male singer then threatens her with force and forces her to “live inside a coconut shell,” which, in Thai, means ignorance to the outside world.

The lyrics:

Male: My dear, why do you want to have election? What’s so good about democracy?
Female: Oops no. Oops no. I know your mind. If I believe our dear leader, the country will lag behind.

Male: Lag behind, what’s the problem? Our dear leader wants to return us happiness!
Female: Well, well, you’re so stubborn. Don’t you see the world is going toward democracy!

Male: what are you doing?
Female: I’m casting my vote. I want election!

Male: Chan (o-cha) feelling not ok. Chan is not ok with this.
Female: Chan is not ok, but I’ll fight.

Male: Don't you see the military officers are all over the place. Let's get silly together. Why you scumbag want to have election!
Female: Oh my, what are you doing?

Male: Oh dear, let's go inside the coconut shell.

Anon Numpa, human rights lawyer from the Thai Lawyer for Human Rights (TLHR) and member of Resistant Citizen, starred in the MV, told Prachatai that the MV is meant to be funny because Gen Prayut said himself that he is a funny person and wants to see others smiling.

Anon said the group planned to hold an activity on the Valentines’ Day on 14 February to commemorate the latest general election on 2 February 2014. The lawyer said he believes the junta will not ban such event because it is cultural event.

Founded on Facebook on 31 January, the Resistant Citizen Facebook Page said it is aimed at destroying the climate of fear, created by the junta.

“Lesson learned from the Thai history and around the world is that no coup makers ever mercifully return the power to the people. The return of democracy, rule of law, and civil rights are from the struggle of the people -- the owner of the power,” stated the Resistance Citizen Facebook Page

“The “resistance” to the coup is the duty of citizen who are concerned about their rights, liberty and the democratic principles”, it added.

Meanwhile, NCPO Spokesman Maj Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd said he has not heard of the MV and the planned event on the Valentines’ Day, adding that the organizer should send letters asking for permission to the junta for approval.
