ราบ 1 มีอะไร? ทำไมมวลชน REDEM เลือกเดินขบวนจากอนุสาวรีย์ชัยไปที่นั่น #28กุมภาบุกรังขี้ข้าปรสิต
นอกจากจะเป็นค่ายซึ่งมีที่ดินกว้างใหญ่ใจกลางกรุงเทพและมีบ้านพักหลวงที่ประยุทธ์พักอาศัยอยู่ฟรีๆ โดยประชาชนเป็นผู้จ่ายค่าน้ำค่าไฟแล้ว
ที่นี่ยังเป็นค่ายทหารที่กษัตริย์วชิราลงกรณ์โอนไปเป็นกองกำลังของตัวเอง โดยราชกิจจานุเบกษา เมื่อวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2562 ประกาศว่า ให้โอน “กรมทหารราบที่ 1 มหาดเล็กราชวัลลภรักษาพระองค์และกรมทหารราบที่ 11 มหาดเล็กราชวัลลภรักษาพระองค์ ไปเป็นของหน่วยบัญชาการถวายความปลอดภัยรักษาพระองค์ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนราชการในพระองค์” ในระบบประชาธิปไตยที่มีกษัตริย์อยู่ภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญ กษัตริย์จะมีบทบาทเพียงปกเกล้าแต่ไม่ปกครอง ซึ่งเป็นไปตามหลักการ “กษัตริย์ทำผิดไม่ได้ (The king can do no wrong)” แต่การโอนกองกำลังไปเป็นของกษัตริย์เช่นนี้ คือการทำให้กษัตริย์มีอำนาจปกครองเหนือกองทัพ ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้กษัตริย์ “ทำผิดได้”
การเดินขบวนของ REDEM ในวันที่ 28 กุมภานี้ จึงเปรียบเสมือนการออกสาสน์ให้กษัตริย์คืนค่ายทหาร พร้อมจ่ายค่าเสียหายและค่าน้ำค่าไฟให้ประชาชนด้วย นี่คือการปฏิบัติการไม่ก้มหัวต่อเผด็จการ

What is wrong with the 1st Infantry Regiment? Why must REDEM march there?
Apart from being a military camp with large land in the heart of Bangkok and a military house where Prayut lives free of charge, though water and electricity are paid by people.
This is also a military camp that King Vajiralongkorn recently transferred to his personal control. On 30th September 2019, Royal Gazette announced that the “1st Infantry Regiment, King's Close Bodyguard and the 11th Infantry Regiment, King's Close Bodyguard will be transferred to the Royal Security Command which is under the king”. Under the constitutional monarchy, the king will reign but will not rule since “the king can do no wrong”. But transferring the camp to the king’s personal control gives him the power to rule over the military, this might result in “the king is doing wrong".
The march on this 28 Feb by REDEM will be a message to the king to return the infantry regiments and pay compensation and water and electricity bills to people. This is an act against dictatorship!
