Last week Marie Claire (the publication) was banned in Thailand, then today to crown their stupidity Thai authorities have 'decreed' that all copies of the November edition have to be destroyed .........
So, presumably, if you own a copy or refer to it in a sarcastic manner such as, "every dog should have one", you are deemed to be guilty without trial of defamation.

Marie Claire magazine's November issue banned in Thailand

Bangkok - The November issue of Marie Claire magazine was retroactively banned in Thailand, a news report said Monday.
The lifestyle magazine’s French edition contained an article that was defamatory towards the royal family, Thai police said.
All copies of the magazine in Thailand were to be destroyed and the import, sale and distribution of the issue is forbidden, according toThai PBS news channel.
In December, two editions of the International New York Times were censored for containing articles addressing the monarch and his heir.
