คุณอ่อง-จักรีวัชร วิวัชรวงศ์ พระราชโอรสในพระบาทสมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว วัย 43 ปี ได้เปิดเผยผ่านทางเฟสบุ๊คส่วนตัวกับอัพเดทล่าสุดเรื่องอาการป่วยที่กำลังรับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลในกรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ ประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยแพทย์ประสาทวิทยาได้ให้ความเห็นว่า อาการนั้นย่ำแย่ลง และมีความเสี่ยงที่จะอยู่ในภาวะติดเตียง หรือถึงแก่ชีวิตได้
เมื่อต้นเดือนกันยายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา อดีตท่านชายได้อัพเดทอาการป่วยของตน พร้อมโพสต์ภาพถ่ายขณะกำลังรับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาล โดยมีประชาชนในสื่อสังคมออนไลน์จำนวนมากแสดงความห่วงใยและส่งกำลังใจ อำนวยพรขอให้มีอาการดีขึ้นและหายจากอาการป่วยเป็นจำนวนมาก
คุณอ่องได้เคยเล่าเรื่องอาการป่วยของตนเมื่อหลายปีที่แล้วว่า ป่วยเป็นโรคนิวโรไฟโบรมาโตซิส ชนิด NF2 ซึ่งเป็นโรคทางพันธุกรรมหายากที่เกิดเนื้องอกตามเส้นประสาท โดยเฉพาะบริเวณสมอง ไขสันหลัง และหูชั้นใน ทั้งนี้ สามารถเกิดอันตรายได้หากเนื้องอกดังกล่าวอยู่ในตำแหน่งสำคัญ ที่สามารถเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนได้ ซึ่งคุณอ่องได้รับการผ่าตัดบ่อยครั้งตั้งแต่อายุ 13 ขวบ ทำให้มีสภาวะร่างกายไม่แข็งแรงสมบูรณ์
สำหรับอัพเดทล่าสุด สร้างความเป็นห่วงและกังวลในกลุ่มประชาชนไม่น้อย หลังได้เห็นภาพและวีดีโอของคุณอ่องที่บ่งบอกว่ามีอาการที่ค่อนข้างแย่ ซึ่งคุณอ่องได้โพสต์ว่าต้องการการผ่าตัดสมองอย่างเร่งด่วน
ก่อนหน้านี้ คุณอ่องได้โพสต์ประกาศตัดขาดกับสมาชิกครอบครัววิวัชรวงศ์ ซึ่งหมายถึงแม่และพี่น้องทั้งสาม ด้วยมีข้อกล่าวหาที่ว่า ตนถูกอ้างชื่อนำไปเรี่ยไรบริจาคเงินเพื่อการรักษาพยาบาลของตน ทั้งที่ตนไม่เคยได้รับเงินหรือผลประโยชน์ใดๆเลย จึงเกิดเป็นดราม่าระลอกใหม่หลังจากที่คุณอ้น-วัชเรศร ได้ถูกอัปเปหิออกจากประเทศเมื่อปีที่แล้ว

Chakriwat Vivacharawongse (43), one of the estranged sons of His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn of Thailand revealed his current health condition following his hospitalisation at a hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. According to the ex-Prince, he was informed by neurologists that he is currently in ‘life-threatening condition.’
The former Prince first revealed in early September by posting on his Facebook page with his photos taken while on patient’s bed at the hospital. His health update grew concerns among netizens who expressed support and encouragement.
Chakriwat first revealed his health many years ago that he suffered an NF2 (Neurofibromatosis Type 2), a rare genetic disorder that causes noncancerous (benign) tumours to grow on the nerves in the brain, spinal cord, and inner ears. Danger may arise if the tumour is located in a critical area where complications could occur. He underwent his first operation when he was 13, resulted him suboptimal physical condition.
His latest update, with most recent photos and videos showing him in critical conditions, is growing more concerns among netizens and his supporters sending him best wishes for a speedy recovery. Chakriwat said on his post that he is in urgent need of brain surgery.
The former Prince previous said in early september that he cut all ties from his siblings and mother, following the rumours about brothers’ internal conflict last year. He said his name was used to solicit donations for his treatment, of which he never received anything from them.
