จำเลยที่3ศาล(พิพากษาลับหลังเนื่องจากไม่มาตามนัดศาล2ครั้ง)ลงโทษจำคุก30เดือน(หมายจับInterpol)
และทั้ง3ต้องชดใช้เงินสินไหมให้อั้มเนโกะ รวมแล้วประมาณ 3,300€ และให้จอมไฟเย็น 665€ โดยศาลจะชดเชยให้ก่อนแล้วจึงไปหักจากเงินเดือนจำเลย
และหลังพ้นโทษจำเลยทั้ง3ห้ามเข้าประเทศฝรั่งเศสเป็นเวลา5ปี

- Daniel Vokál and Jakub Hosek sentenced to 26 months, which basically just covers the pre-trial detention.
- Petr Donatek, judged in absentia sentenced to 30 months, with an Interpol warrant.
- All 3 defendants sentenced to paying 3,300 EUR to Aum Neko and 665 EUR to Nithiwat Wannasiri.
- All 3 defendants blacklisted from France for 5 years.
- No further news on who hired them.

I had never heard this story, even though I had the pleasure of meeting the victims last week. Two years ago, exiled Thai activists Aum Neko and Nithiwat Wannasiri were assaulted and badly beaten in Paris after they had left from a birthday party in a bar.
Somebody had posted a photo of the party on social media with the location tagged, and that is how the assailants knew where to find them.
Three men involved have been identified, all of Czech nationality. The two assailants, Daniel Vokal and Jakub Hosek, in their twenties, were arrested on the spot and have been in pre-trial detention ever since. The mastermind, Petr Donatek, in his fifties, is still on the run.
Evidence from their mobile devices and tracking data show that they had been following the victims for a while, and were hired to assault them. But so far, they have not been willing to say who hired them.
Thai activists are quick to point fingers at you-know-who, and the journalist barely refrains from jumping to the same conclusion. But evidence of that has yet to exist.
The trial is happening now. It will be interesting to see how it rolls out.
