เรียนคุณมาร์ค,
ดิฉันเริ่มซื้อ boost ผ่านทางเว็บบล็อคส่วนตัวเมื่อต้นเดือนนี้ โดยความเชื่อว่าการซื้อ boost การเป็นลูกค้าของเฟซบุ๊ก จะช่วยป้องกันการถูกรีพอร์ตจากคนที่ไม่ชอบความคิด/รสนิยมทางการเมืองของดิฉันได้
คุณรู้ไหม? คนไทยถูกแบ่งแยกทางการเมืองออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มหนึ่งได้ชื่อว่า “เสื้อเหลือง” อีกกลุ่มถูกเรียกว่า “เสื้อแดง” คนเสื้อเหลืองสนับสนุนเผด็จการ คนเสื้อแดงสนับสนุนประชาธิปไตย
ฉันอยู่ในกลุ่ม “แดง”
เสื้อแดงมักจะถูกคุกคาม และ ถูกรังแกเสมอ
เมื่อวานฉันได้โพสต์บทความหนึ่งเพื่อแสดงความชื่นชมอดีตนายกรัฐมนตรีทักษิณ ชินวัตร ซึ่งลี้ภัยทางการเมืองมากว่า 10 ปีแล้วเหตุจากถูกรัฐประหาร
หลังจากสมัคร boost ไปสักพัก ทางเฟซบุ๊กได้ตอบกลับมาว่า “ปฏิเสธการอนุมัติ” โดยให้เหตุผลว่าฉันใช้คำเหยียด หยาม ทำลายความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ดิฉันอ่านทวนบทความอีกหลายครั้งก็ไม่พบคำใดที่เข้าข่ายเหยียด หยาม ทำลายความศักดิ์สิทธิ์แม้แต่คำน้อย ฉันจึงถามกลับไปว่า “ฉันทำสิ่งใดผิดไปหรือคะ” คำไหนคือ “เหยียด หยาม ทำลายความศักดิ์สิทธิ์”
ฉันมั่นใจว่าทุกคำที่กลั่นออกมาจากก้นบึ้งของหัวใจนั้นล้วน “อ่อนโยน” และ สุภาพ เต็มไปด้วยความรัก และ ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ฉันแค่อยากจะพรรณนาความรู้สึกส่วนลึกที่มีต่ออดีตนายกรัฐมนตรีอันเป็นทีรักของฉัน และ ปรารถนาจะให้ประชาชนไทยที่มีความรู้สึกร่วมเดียวกันได้รับรู้ความรู้สึกนี้ให้มากให้กว้างที่สุดเท่าที่ boost จะสามารถกระจายบทความนี้ไปได้
ฉันไม่ได้ทำสิ่งใดผิด ฉันมั่นใจ ! คุณอ่านบทความของดิฉันสิคะ แล้วดูว่าลูกน้องคุณทำอะไรต่อฉัน !!!
ถ้าคำพูดอันสวยงามจากก้นบึ้งของหัวใจถูกเรียกว่า “หยาม เหยียด ทำลายความศักดิ์สิทธิ์” ช่วยบอกฉันทีได้ไหม คำแบบไหนที่มนุษย์ควรจะเลือกใช้ชื่นชมมนุษย์ด้วยกันในโลกใบนี้ ?
พูดตรงจากใจเลยนะคะ ฉันสงสัยว่าการที่โพสต์ของฉันไม่ได้รับการอนุมัตินั้น “ฉันกำลังถูกรังแก”
ฉันหวังว่าจะได้รับการอธิบายที่มีเหตุผล ซึ่งลบล้างความเคลือบแคลงในใจของฉันลงไปได้ ถ้าเรื่องนี้ไม่ได้เกิดจากการกระทำของ AI หรือ ระบบผิดพลาด ตัวแทนเฟซบุ๊กไม่ว่าจะในประเทศใดไม่เฉพาะแต่ในประเทศไทย ควรจะเป็นกลางทางการเมือง และ จิตใจที่รักในอิสรภาพทางการพูด เป็นสิ่งจำเป็นจะต้องมี

Dear Mark,
I started buying ‘boost’ (an advertising) via my personal blog page by the beginning of this month. By doing this – being facebook customer, I believe it can secure my facebook account from being reported by someone who dislikes my thought/political taste . You know what? Thai people were politically split into 2 groups, one named ‘Yellow Shirt’ another called ‘Red Shirt’. Yellow shirt supports Junta while Red shirt supports democracy. I am RED.
Always, Red is threatened and bullied.
Yesterday, I posted one article to admire my ex- prime minister, Thaksin Shinawatra who has lived in exile for more than 10 years because of coup d’état. After I applied for ‘boost’, facebook’s feedback ‘not approved/rejected’ giving the reason that I used ‘profanity’ words.
I read it through several times and found not even one single word using ‘profanity’. I, therefore, asked back what I did wrong and which word was meant ‘profanity’.
I am confident that all of the words I used are from bottom of my heart which all are gentle and polite, full with love and sympathy. I just want to describe my deep feeling towards my beloved ex PM and I wish it could reach Thai people who got the same feeling as mine, as many as ‘boost’ can wide spread. I do no wrong – for sure.

If all beautiful words from bottom of my heart called ‘profanity’, tell me please, what words else should man use to admire man in the world ?
Frankly speaking, being rejected/not approved, I doubted that I was bullied.
I do hope for your clarification and clean up my doubt with reasonable explanation. If this case was not from AI or system error, Facebook representative in any countries, not only in Thailand, should be ‘neutral’ in political situation and ‘free speech’ mind is a must.
