Gen. Prayuth Chan-Ocha of Thailand and Gen. Min Aung Hlaing of Myanmar. Both generals are close friends and relying on each other, with deception, false construct, that Thailand and Myanmar can only be governed by Army Generals.
They are destroying dreams, hopes, and prosperous future of 650 millions people of South East Asia. It is time for the leaders of the democratic world to strongly denounced dictators of S.E.Asia. They both need to be brought to ICC.
