Their Majesties the King and Queen personally pack 1,000 relief bags with necessities and consumer goods for children in flood-affected areas across various regions at Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall, Dusit Palace on September 25, 2024.
Both Their Majesties have graciously instructed the Privy Councillors, Provincial Governors, along with royal agencies, the Rajaprajanugroh Foundation under Royal Patronage, and related organizations to urgently provide assistance to alleviate the initial hardships of the affected people.
They are to distribute the royal relief supplies to flood victims promptly, especially in Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Nan, Phayao, Phrae, Tak, Phitsanulok, Nong Khai, and Loei provinces.
Furthermore, Their Majesties have graciously ordered the establishment of royal kitchen units and the deployment of mobile kitchen trucks to prepare meals for affected people in various disaster areas.
As the flood situation begins to improve, there is still a need for restoration and cleaning of affected homes.
