Today is **International Women’s Day**
but for millions of women around the world, it’s still a fight for basic rights, not celebration. 🌍✊

Today is **International Women’s Day**
but for millions of women around the world, it’s still a fight for basic rights, not celebration.

Women in Afghanistan are banned from secondary school & higher education.
Women in Sudan & Ukraine, Lebanon, Iran and others face war and displacement.
And yet, they resist. They organize. They rise.
Women don’t need saving. They need justice, equality, and freedom.
The fight for women’s rights is not local, it’s global.
when one woman is denied freedom, it affects us all.
Progress has been made
but 1 in 3 women globally still experience physical or sexual violence
The fight is far from over.
Social media amplifies voices, but harassment and bias are real challenges.
So what does real equality look like?
Ask questions, share ideas, and help amplify women’s voices globally.
Because **progress is never gifted. It’s demanded.**
Women’s rights are not a cultural debate they are human rights.
Every voice, every action, every conversation matters. Let’s keep fighting together.
