Thailand’s Constitutional Court has suspended Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra pending an ethics probe over claims she was overly deferential during a leaked call with Cambodian Senate President Hun Sen amid a tense border dispute. Critics say her handling of the May 28 clash, which left one Cambodian soldier dead, was weak. Paetongtarn is the third Shinawatra to face removal, fueling fears of renewed instability.
