SCAM ALERT—This is a foreigner with business interests in Phuket who calls himself “HealthyOld Mike”He has been approaching wealthy Thais and foreigners soliciting donations on behalf of Vajiralongkorn’s son Vacharaesorn “Aon” Vivacharawongse, supposedly for medical treatment for Aon’s brother Chakriwat aka “Ong”.
However my investigations have confirmed that Ong has never received any money from Mike or Aon. Nor has Ong ever solicited any money or requested donations.
If you are approached by Mike, or already donated to him, I suggest you inform the police.
UPDATE—I found his identity, he is a Canadian fraudster, called Michael Lathigee

UPDATE—The foreigner who has been soliciting money on behalf of Thai pretender to the throne Vacharaesorn “Prince Aon” Vivacharawongse is Canadian fraudster Michael Lathigee who owes millions of dollars to the British Colombia Securities Commission. If he approaches you, do not give him any money.
